Collecting form payments with Stripe
You can use Stripe to collect payments on your form. When Stripe payments are required for the form (or options on the form), respondents must complete payment in order for a form submission to succeed. You need an existing or new Stripe account to connect to Grasshopper Signup to use Stripe payments. The Stripe payment integration is available for Premium/Boost accounts. Payouts, and Fees: Stripe will transfer funds automatically to your account. Stripe transaction fees will apply based on your agreement with Stripe. Grasshopper Signup charges a 1% platform fee.

Start on the Form Options page for your form.

Scroll down to the Stripe Payments section. Click 'Connect Stripe Account' and connect your Stripe account and/or go throught the Stripe onboarding process.

After your Stripe account is connected, you will be able to collect payments on any form for your account.
CONFIGURE FORM PAYMENTS

You can charge a flat fee (same cost for all form submissions), or customize payments by options selected on your form.

When using a FLAT FEE, there is a single price used to submit a form. This is useful for class signups, or for forms that do not have quantity options or variable pricing by selection.

You can also charge PER OPTION or PER OPTION + QUANTITY. This allows you to set prices based on form options, and can work with quantities (must have quantities enabled on your form).

When using PER OPTION or PER OPTION + QUANTITY, set your prices individually by option and save payment settings. The prices will be automatically displayed on your form.

When respondents select options or adjust quantities, the total price will be displayed on the form.

When users click to submit a form response, they will be redirected to complete payment. Payment is required to submit the form. After payment is made, they will be redirected to a confirmation page where they can view their form submission. Receipts are automatically sent based on your Stripe settings.
