Go to the Success / Options page for your form.
Enable Shared Responses
You can enabled Shared Responses to allow your form respondents to view other responses to your form. This can be helpful when you want to show respondents who else has responded, what they may be bringing to an event, or to share high level information about responses to a form.

Scroll down ot the Form Settings section and click "Enable Public Responses Summary". This will allow your respondents to view existing responses for your form.

A new section will appear for you with a link to your Public Response Summary that respondents can access, and details will also be shown on your form page.

When respondents view your form, they will see a button to view responses at the bottom of the form.

Clicking "See who's already signed up" will expand a list of current responses and provide a link to the full public response summary page (a link to this page is also sent with their confirmation email after submitting a response).

Your Public Response Summary page shows basic information and names of respondents (unless you are using incognito mode).
