You can record guides on most websites. However, system pages (like chrome:// pages) and some secure sites may not be recordable due to browser security restrictions.
Make sure you're on a regular website (not a chrome:// or system page) and try refreshing the page.
Ensure the Chrome extension has the necessary permissions and try restarting your recording.
